If you haven't quit your job to travel out to Colorado to see Bishop's Castle, what are you waiting for? Along with Dr. Evermore's Forevertron and The City Museum in St. Louis, this is one of the most awesome-tastic manmade things in the world. (I have never been to The Great Wall, so that doesn't count. And penicillin comes from mold.)The photo here doesn't do it justice. It's much larger than it looks. It's much more rickety than it looks. It's much cooler than it looks.
Did I mention that James Bishop did this by himself?!?
